Chicken Livers

To show how much I love my wife I cooked these for her. I just can't eat them, now I love beef liver and onions but not fried chicken livers.
pat the lives dry
roll them in (I used Zaterains fish fry) flour
dip in egg wash and reapply flour
drop in hot oil and serve immediately.

When hubby and I married, I wouldn't eat any kind of liver.

Now I eat chicken livers and calf's liver.
