We thought we would try a fried cod fish sandwich. This was so good! I used Zaterains fish fry and a egg wash. We placed on a hogie with cilintro mayo.
Take fish and pat dry. coat with fish fry dip in egg and then fish fry again. Cook till golden brown.

To be honest, I can't tell the difference in most white fish.
Bass, bream, perch all taste alike to me.
Looks good.
Love perch but wife does not care for bass maybe I've not cooked it right.
