Tomatoes Sweet Basil and Feta
Love the summer tomatoes I may have withdraws this winter. This is a simple dish of homegrown tomatoes a little olive oil and fresh sweet basil (this and rosemary seem the only herb we can grow) with feta cheese. Of course salt and pepper.

There is nothing better than a tomato straight from the garden. I am going to try some with feta ~ I usually have it with mozzarella and I think the feta will be a delicious change! Thanks for adding me to your links :)
