Well I was talking about snow the last post so I thought I'd put some pictures up. Now I know you all up north think we have not seen Snow like you all have up there and yes it is nice to have this much and it virtually be gone the next day. But that's why we get so excited down here. In fact my wife was up (keeping me awake) every 2 hours to look outside as most of the snow came in the night and next morning she was up and out taking pictures and calling her mom. I finally had to get up as she was not letting me sleep as she was in the bed room every 30 minutes telling me how pretty it was. And they just said we might have another dusting this week.

We'll I was glad to see it gone. With lot's of animals to take care of, it's a pain in that kind of weather.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see the pictures. We didn't get a whole lot of snow this last time and it was gone by noon.
ReplyDeleteLooks pretty, though.
I love your snow pictures. We had lots of snow in Gaston NC, more than we have had in many years. I'm like your wife, I love snow and I was up all hours of the night watching it snow.
ReplyDeleteJust happened to stumble across your blog. Your food photos are amazing. Did you take them? I just want to stick a fork right into the screen and eat! I signed up to follow you. Stop by my place and return the favor if you like what you see. It won't be edible food, but food for thought.

I am with your wife. I made a pot of hot chocolate and just stayed up all night watching. When the boys woke up I made another pot and kept delivering cups to them outside while they were playing. I just LOVE snow, but I think we get the perfect kind in MS. It comes and then goes QUICK!
ReplyDeleteHello every one I did take the pictures it was beautiful but all gone or pretty much the next day. The one of the back yard with the post is the view from my kitchen window. We watch the bird feeded as we cook.
